Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects throughout all phases (from quote to delivery) to ensure effective project management.
• Understand clients’ requirements and ensure to meet their ongoing needs.
• Oversee the work of suppliers, including negotiating deadlines and rates, task assignment, scheduling, and following up.
• Manage project deadlines and ensure on-time delivery.
• Create and update translation memories on SDL Trados & memoQ.
• Set up quality management processes at various stages and monitor their implementation.
• Mentor and train junior team members and/or new project managers joining the team.
• Prepare guidelines and training materials, according to client specifications.

• Preparing monthly and weekly reports.
